A bit complex but very complete App to organize your life.
A bit complex but very complete App to organize your life.
Un défaut majeur, lappli nest pas traduite en français. Tremendous default, the appli its not translated in french, what a shame.
This App contains all I need to remain informed about my daily tasks and activities.
or plain not working? How to integrate email, outline+ and others?
Really satisfied! Thank you!
All in one, perfectly organized. I like it!
Pretty solid app, but has gotten quite fiddly. Also the backup only seems to back up info and not, for example, contexts or topics I had changed.
A wonderfully put together application for keeping your life organized!
Crashed repeatedly during setup and data entry. Reboot didnt help. Raves must be for previous version.
Have enjoyed using this full featured app. No problems with crashing the only problem is learning ALL it can do!
Great app. But it constantly crashes. And yes I did restart my iPod. And I do have a touch 4. Every time you start to enter info it dies. I have to delete as I have lost some of my info. Really pissed.
I really like this app and have found creative ways to make it do lots of tracking of information for me. I use it to track my health, my workouts, my tasks, checklists, and it is a convenient way to get your Evernote files into once place. Great app, i highly recommend it,
This app is very well structured and allows me to keep the essential data pieces of my life at my fingertips and uptodate. Seems to work well - so far is quite stable - has a bit of learning curve and obviously requires a fair bit of data entry but is worth by keystroke. One gripe - the calendar views are missing the week view - how essential and basic is that. A " . " to show that there is something on the calendar in the week view really doesnt cut it. Give me a good week view and I will give you another star.
I like it, but I dont use it as much as I thought I would because it takes too long to enter a quick bit of data. There is also a bit of a learning curve, so be prepared to invest some time in it. Every once in a while, when I try to make a new entry, the app simply shuts down. I go back in, and usually try to make the entry from a different path. (many ways to achieve the same goal in this app.) It is designed for busy people with many projects with lots of moving parts. I have not integrated into my day to day life, like using it for a to do list.
Great app with a lot of features. I hope they will still improve it. Great product!
This is one of the best productivity apps you can get for your IPad or IPhone. A great tool for organizing your life and helping you "get things done".
I was initially excited to purchase this app, despite its unappealing design, it seemed promising. It turned out to be confusing, unintuitive, and tiring. Setting even the simplest reminders is cumbersome. The task management features, which are to me the most important, are not well-thought out at all. There is no way to separate pending tasks from completed ones (theyre all in the same "active" folder), those for today or tomorrow from those for the week. These are basic features found in many simple (free) to-do list apps, so why does this paid app that promises to do so much lack them? This is a way to NOT get things done.
What We Liked: Life Topix is like the ultimate mommy binder that has all of your essentials in it – school schedules, shopping lists, appointments, bill payments, hand-written notes, to-dos etc. Only you don’t need a HUGE binder, you just need your device. You don’t need to flip through sections, chug the thing around (lose it in my case and forget to use it). I also MUST point out that it does an excellent job of adding repeated appointments. Life Topix does the best job I’ve seen of scheduling repeating, simple subjects. If you teach the same subjects day in and day out, and don’t want to do a separate class or lesson plan every day – this is a great choice. Go ahead and schedule reading every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (or any other combination of days) at 10 a.m. for one of your children over an entire semester and hit go – done. This is one area where a lot of planning apps DESIGNED for homeschoolers don’t perform well. Of course, if you do want to add individual tasks for each of your children for special projects you can go ahead and do that too – there’s a variety of ways you can approach it depending on your preferences. I also really like the attractive, day-planner style calendar – you can see at a glance what is happening as well as adding and modifying the schedule right from the calendar. Expensive paper day planners be gone! The ability to add content to the app from your Mac is also a great plus – I personally know moms who’ve looked for desktop integration in their planning apps just so they don’t have to peck away on the iPad keyboard for SO long. Above all in addition to the extensive help that you can access within the app, Light Arrow, the creators of Life Topix are incredibly responsive. I’ve been in contact with them about a few questions I had and suggestions for improvement. Not only did they respond to me quickly, but they also implemented some of my feedback into their latest release. How much more can you ask for? What We Didn’t Like: With an app this comprehensive that functions so smoothly it’s hard to find much to dislike. There IS a learning curve, but the support is excellent – ask if you need help. The only things I can think of that could be added to make the app even more ultimate are a meal planner that integrates with the shopping list and an in-app address book that would populate reminders for birthdays automatically if birthdates are included and that moms could look up addresses and phone numbers in to do the old fashioned stuff like writing snail mail thank you notes etc. Overall: Life Topix is not only the most comprehensive planning and organizational life management app that I’ve ever seen, but it also does the best job of scheduling simple repeating school subjects for homeschooling moms. Say good-bye to your mommy binder – this app also keeps track of appointments, to-do lists, shopping lists, your finances, tracks your weight, and a whole lot more. Comprehensive? That might be an understatement.
Not bad
Wonderful Support for multiple photos in same entry.
