Please update for iOS 9, the app isnt functional with the update. Loved the app before updating my phone to iOS 9.

I am new to using Apple products and I like this app a lot better than ical. It keeps me organized and is better looking than ical.

I had some problems with losing data when I switched phones & syncing across multiple devices. I became really frustrated but just before I erased the app customer service called & helped me. Adi fixed some bugs & thought me some tricks for the app. He was even able to recover data I thought was long gone! I am now supremely happy with this app! Update: Not crazy about new version. I HATE that when you try to go look at something you did yesterday or last week you have to go through EVERYTHING you have EVER done starting at day 1. If they are going to list everything, at least make it from most current to least. I have other gripes as well but that is my biggest one. Still a great app but use it less than I did before. ;( Update: I have been using lifetopix for 3 or more years now, it just keeps getting better & better! The fact that I can use 1 app for just aodbout anything makes all the difference in the world! The only suggestion or wish that I have is that it was easier to go back & looki at your history of particularly P to do items. Even with this issue I give this app 5 stars!

The app may feel overwhelming because it provides so much functionality. But as I learned the features, I was able to see the power of it. It has useful and beautiful calendar views. It integrates with the existing IOS reminders and calendar apps. If you do an in app purchase of the inbox add-on, you can even make your emails actionable items that show up on your calendar. The other nice thing is that you can get your task list items to show up on the calendar. Soon they will have the mac version!

I have had this app for a bit, but really just digging into its capabilities. I love, love, love how I can keep up with just about anything I have going on in one app!!! Im sure its only going to get better as I learn my way around!

Update: Im still loving this app. It is one of the best in the app store and just keeps getting better. This new update has a phenomenal-looking design, allowing a very nice at-a-glance view. I just wrote to the Devs to make a request and they wrote me back with a very helpful response. A great app and wonderful customer service sure goes along way and I truly appreciate it. I have been using this app for a very long time now and I love it. The app offers so much and they keep adding more. The customer service is excellent; in fact, I just got off the phone with Adi, who set up a call with me and called me at that exact time. He was patient with me and knew what he was doing every step of the way, helping me set up syncing between my iPad and iPhone through Dropbox, which I didnt know how to do by myself. This company is really amazing!

I NEVER write reviews, but Ill make an exception for Life Topix. Ive tried every Organizer APP that I thought would cover most everything that I need. Everyone one of them were weak to useless and then I found Life Topix!!! Truly the best Organizer I have ever used. I work in the Intelligence career field and organizing and accessing massive amounts of DATA is vital. Life Topix does this for my Personal/Business needs. Incredible.

Best update ever!

Third review is now 5 stars! Ive slowly incorporated using it into my daily life and have for many months opened it first thing in the morning and it is my main calendaring app and note storage app. However it still isnt my main email app which is a disappointment, nor is it my main "contacts app". Last up date has provided a terrific upgrade to the look and flow which necessitated the increase to five stars. Im still waiting for the Windows desktop version which Im hoping will resolve my challenges with the email component. First review from several years ago: Ive dropped it back down to a 2 star rating after working with it religiously for 6 weeks and trying to incorporate all of the add ins (contacts & mail) had a priority issue arise that took all of my attention for a good month and did not open the app once during that period. Its just too darn cumbersome for everyday use and the mainland contact add ins just make a mess - real time updating with all devices and apps might make it marginally more useful. ****update 2 - this last release was a huge step forward, much more intuitive use ability. Im interested in the CRM enhancement but having a difficult time with the pricing structure. ***update - increased to four stars. I spent some time cleaning up all of the pre-load categories and activities that clutter the app and have been disciplined about going in twice a day to "make it work". I have hope for this app to be my go to!

With the addition of the Mac desktop version, this app is, for me, about perfect. While there is a bit of a learning curve, the app does so much and costs so little for what you get, the time learning best practices is well worth it. Ive found what Ive been searching for in an all-in-one productivity app. As an I.T. professional working with software implementation I have many tasks, reminders, project logs, etc. that I need to track. In the short time I have used this it has already proven to be a game changer. Bravo to the development team. Now read the sync documentation and follow the steps carefully

I have been looking for an app like this for a really long time. It has every single feature I was hoping for! It takes a bit of time to familiarize yourself with everything because there is just so much to explore! I love it!

The more you use it, the more useful it is.

This app has changed the way I live and I havent even gone into everything that it can do! Having all my contacts and even daily, health to lifetime goals in one spot has been a game changer for me. Just get it! I only gave 4 stars because there is a bit of a learning curve regarding some of the syncing applications that Ive yet to explore. But so far its been a smooth transition from dragging a heavy day planner around! Way to go folks!! Thank you!

Excellent app for staying productive and utilizing GTD.

I used a paper day planner for so many years I thought I would never find an app that worked as well. This is the app that does the job for me. I am able to keep my calendar, projects notes everything just like my paper planner. This app has a little learning curve but most things do. I feel good about getting my life organized again. I would highly recommend this to anyone is replacing a paper planner and needs everything in one place
