As has already been mentioned, this app is worthy of five stars. I have been using it as my primary app for several years and find it virtually indispensable for organizing, storing and planning almost every aspect of my life. Their costumer support has got to be the best in the industry.

The best!

I have been using LifeTopix for some time but wanted to spend time getting to know the app. before writing a review. It has a bit of a learning curve. That said the more you use the program, the more you see the possibilities that are only available with LifeTopix. Thats when you realize there is not another app. that even comes close. I have tried almost every CRM, Calender, Contact Manager available for the OSi app. and none of them have the ability to tie a multitude of information together. EveryThink had promise but they have not updated since 2014 and at that does not possess the visual appeal of LifeTopix. Recently my family planned a vacation to Cozumel, Mexcio. I had several task that needed to be completed prior to the trip, a packing list. Flights with departure and arrival times, along with Bookmarks of websites of the area we were visiting, places to see, Private photos of passports, pet sitting information for my dog while we were gone and maps of the area to help us get around. You can see the endlist possibilities. All of the above information was stored under one icon that brought all the information up and accessable on my IPad in one location. I could check off items from my task list as they were completed, view websites of destinations, confirm flights, talk about planning, wow. Is there a learning curve? Ya but once you get it you will never use anything else. The support is great, frequent updates and great tutorials on there website. I also have the app. on my IPhone which syncs my data almost instantly through Dropbox. So no matter whether on my IPad or phone my informal is available and up to date. If you want the ultimate organizer, look no further.

Almost Perfect!!

I love this app. It is definitely worth a look if you have severe organizational/time management needs. It’s great for people who need to be able to sync several existing calendars, take notes and store files, brain dump tasks and organize them into categories and projects, add context to the tasks, see the tasks side by side with the calendar so you can schedule tasks, and make tasks reoccur and have every reoccurring task show up on your calendar immediately instead of right before the task is due. You can also view and sort tasks based on category, date, project, context, etc. I also have the Mac app, so my information is available on every device. I am a single mom, I work full-time (as a social worker with TONS of documentation), I am in grad school, and I have ADHD. My life is full of chaos with SO MANY things that I need to remember and get done, but it is nearly impossible for me to remember or complete everything without hardcore organization and time blocking. Basically, this app is great for tracking, logging, and scheduling everything in your busy life. I would give this app 5 stars, but there are a few things that need improvement. After these things are improved, I will change my definitely rating. I have already spent a lot of money on these apps, so I really hope to see some of these improvements soon. Especially to keep myself sane and organized: 1. Fix the synchronization between devices. All of my tasks and events are syncing, but I have noticed that the status of my tasks do not. I have also noticed that items on checklists are not syncing. Finally, when I have deleted tasks, especially reoccurring ones, they still sync with the other devices. This means I have to go through and re-delete or change the status for those tasks on every device. I have tried the sync purge, following the directions provided, and I am still having difficulties. I’m not sure about the other categories yet, so those might be worth looking into as well. 2. Allow 3rd party app synchronization. There is a category to log health information, but it would be great if the app was able to sync with Apple Health so the data would show up automatically. This is especially useful since Apple Health works with My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, Glow/Eve, etc. Same with financial information. It would be great if the financial category worked similarly to Mint, where you can connect to all of your financial institutions and have real-time access to financial information. As of right now, these features require manual input, but it’s just easier to use apps that update this data automatically. I would also love to see synchronization between Apple Wallet, and weather and news apps. It would be cool to see available news articles and save them to read later, or schedule a time to read them. It would also be cool to see the projected weather for different locations when trying to schedule things. 3. Maybe the financial and health categories can be expanded. I like the idea of being able to create a yearly/monthly/weekly budget, and then have graphs or pie charts to show how money is spent and compare it to the budget. Maybe there could be a way to associate tasks to the financial category too. Like “Pay Sarah back for pizza, $10”, then it would show you a “Projected Balance” of available money based on information from financial institutions, scheduled income, scheduled expenses, and the budget. I would also like to see an expansion on the health category to include women’s health and sleep information. I would love to be able to track my cycle, pregnancy, daily symptoms, Basal Body Temperature, and sexual activity. Then see the data analyzed and graphed like the finances. Something similar to Glow or Eve. I also like to track my sleep (duration, quality, levels of sleep, etc). Basically, anything you can track with Apple Health. 4. Allow the selection of several tasks/events/whatever, at one time. Currently, you can only edit/delete on thing at a time. This makes it very difficult and tedious if you need to delete several tasks. It would be great to have the ability to “select all” or “select” and the edit the status, category or association/context, or delete. This is an issue for both the iOS and Mac apps. Overall, this app is wonderful and has amazing potential! I am really excited to see what improvements the developers can make, and I am willing to wait it out. If you feel like you need a personal assistant to organize, track, and schedule every detail of your life, then this app is on it’s way to do this for you! These are the other apps I tried that did not quite meet my needs: -Planner Pro -Calendars 5 -Life Organizer -Remember The Milk -IQTELL -2Do -TODO -Omnifocus -Handle -24Me -Cozi -Trello -Any.DO -Planner Pad -Wunderlist -Outlook -Tick Tick

WonderfulApp!

This is "the" calendar app that I use. Use it to schedule everything.

Absolutely Love It

This is a very well put together app! Can it be added to the Apple Watch? Ive been looking for something that could show me everything Im tracking on in one view. Having it viewable on my Apple Watch would a powerful step in efficiency as I could knock out what Ive already organized for my day! Cant wait to do more!

Loving this app

Using it for everything now

HAS EVERYTHING!!

Ive been through so many different calendar and day planner/organizer apps but this is the first one Ive found that truly has everything; calendar, lists, tasks, email, social media, ect. There are so many options within in each category to customize for your own personal needs, no generalizing under app restrictions here! Although, the app offers a "help" option under each category, I only wish that they offered more instruction on how to customize such as color coding calendar items. Overall, Im quite happy with this app!
