Formidable task/life management

Still feeling this app out but liking the flow and feel. I scoured for free apps but finally honed in on this one from a cost perspective. I liked that as of now it is a one time cost and not annual renewal thing. It is well thought out and conceived. That said, I found it ironic that people looking to organize and manage their lives have to trudge through their breakdown of this extensive app. I found their delivery and instructions too broad and big. I was close to abandoning this app. I so far think it worth it but think the company would be prudent to attempt to tighten and uncomplicate the use of this app.
